BOOKING

  • How do I make an inquiry?

  • How far in advance should I book?

    • We recommend that as soon as you are ready, you should book. Due to rescheduling of weddings and new wedding inquirys we are booking up far in advance.

  • Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

    • When traveling locally (Under 2 hours) there is no minimum.

    • When traveling farther then 2 hours, the minimum is 6 services.

  • How do I secure you for my wedding date?

    • To secure a date, a signed contract is required with $100.00 retainer and is due at the time of signing. This will then be deducted from your total amount of services on the day of your event,

  • When is final payment due? What payments are accepted?

    • Final payment is due 1 week prior to the event unless paying by cash.

    • We accept payment via Venmo, Credit Cards, Cashapp, Zelle, Check or Cash (There is a 2% fee when paying by Venmo or credit card

  • What if I need to cancel my booking/contract?

    • In the event the contract needs to be cancelled or the number of services changes, it must be done at least 30 days prior to the event. If changes or cancellations are made within 30 days prior to the event, the bride/client is responsible to pay for 100 percent of the original agreed upon services. Each artist that is assigned to the bride/client's event is blocking their schedule for that event, if it is cancelled or changed within 30 days prior to the event, the bride/client is responsible to pay for their time.

  • What if my wedding needs to be rescheduled due to the pandemic or another natural disaster?

    • If changes of bride/client booking need to be scheduled to another date due to Pandemic or natural disaster we will do our best to accommodate the new date as long as we have it available. It’s important for our brides to know that the same artists may not be available on the rescheduled date. In this case a new trial will be rebooked by the bride/client and performed by their new artist.

TRIAL

  • Is a trial necessary or necessary for booking?

    • A trial is recommended but not necessary for booking. We understand that our out of state brides can find it difficult to book a trial, so it is not mandatory although in this scenario we recommend a FaceTime or phone call so we can be on the same page and meet before the event.

  • What is the best day for an appointment and how much time should I allow?

    • NO TRIALS are scheduled on Saturdays as those days are solely reserved for wedding days. Trials occur Monday-Wednesday.The other artist typically book at different times, in which you would be advised of those times.

    • Sunday/Thursday/Friday trial runs are based on as needed only

  • When should I book my trial?

    • It is encouraged that you book your trial at least 3 months in advance. The lead artist, Nicole, is booked out in the salon 6 weeks. As well as her other artist have prior obligations. This allows the ability to give enough time to make accommodations and book accordingly.

  • How do I prepare for my trial?

    • Make sure to fill out your trial questionnaire prior to your appointment.

    • Please make sure to bring any hair accessories, veil, jewelry and any inspiration pictures.

    • On the end of your contract there is a prep sheet that helps guide you on how to prep for both your trial and your day of event. We encourage you to share this with your bridal party. If you lose this along the way don’t be afraid to reach out and ill send it your way.

PARKING & TRAVEL

  • Do you come on location for my wedding?

    • Yes we come to you on location. However you are more then welcome to come to the salon if your wedding is local.

  • Who pays for parking?

    • When there is a fee for parking/valet parking, the bride/client is responsible to pay and will be added on accordingly.

  • What are your travel fees?

    • A $30.00 mileage fee will be charged for the first 30 minute radius of the city in which the artist is located. $30.00 per half hour will apply after that.

    • When traveling more than 2 hours there will be a minimum of 6 services required. If your wedding is out of town, we require sleeping accommodations for the night before if your start time is in the morning.

  • Do you travel out of state? Destination weddings?

    • Yes we love to travel out of state and destination weddings. Due to the extent of this, we ask that you email us for further information.

DAY OF EVENT: WHAT TO EXPECT

  • What type of products do you use?

    • We use only the top of the line products for our clients. Products like Nars, Temptu, Hourglass, Laura Mercier, MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Huda, Morphe, Too faced, Tarte, It cosmetics & many more

  • Do you cover scars/tattoos?

    • Yes, please let us know if this is something you are needing. As well as sending us pictures of what needs to be covered.

  • Does every makeup applications get lashes?

    • All full makeup applications include lashes at no additional cost.

  • Do you only do airbrush?

    • We offer both traditional & airbrush but focus on airbrush, If you are in need of traditional please reach out and let us know.

  • Are you able to accommodate last minute people for hair & makeup?

    • We would be more than happy to as long as time allows. please let us know if there are additions as soon as you know.

  • How much time do services usually take on the day of event?

    • We allow 45 minutes per service. There are times where we finish sooner. But when scheduling we allow at least 45 minutes unless additional assistants are with us to cut down time.

  • Do you create a timeline?

    • We ask that you connect with your photographer and get a better understanding to when you need to be ready. This allows us to come up with a more accurate timeline for everyone.

  • Do you stay after for touchups?

    • We do final touchups before we leave. We typically leave once all services have been completed. If you would like us to stay longer please email us for more details.
